Spotlight on Our Friends
Beneficent Church is gifted with significant physical resources in downtown Providence. With this location, we are grateful to be able to support the work of community partners whose missions are closely allied with our own.
Sometimes that takes the form of hosting one-time events for a traveling theater group or a visiting choir. Other times, we offer support by entering long-term residency agreements with an organization. Today, these are groups that call Beneficent Church “home”:
Alcoholics Anonymous
Alcoholics Anonymous is a free support group open to the public, meeting weekly to guide and assist anyone who is struggling with an alcohol addiction and wants to recover.

Rock Voices (America’s Community Rock Chorus)
Rock Voices is a no-audition adult choir that sings only rock music. Their mission is “healing ourselves and others through song”. This group is for anyone 18 years or older.
